  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Sexually explicit or exploitative material
  • Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content
  • Unauthorized copies of copyrighted game assets

2. Prohibited activities

You may not:

  • Use the platform for fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our systems
  • Interfere with other users' access to the platform
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without permission
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the service
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures

3. Store content

Webstores created on Taintless must comply with the Tebex terms of service and any applicable platform licensing agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that your store content does not violate third-party rights.

4. Fair use

We expect reasonable use of platform resources. Excessive API calls, storage usage, or bandwidth consumption that impacts other users may result in throttling or suspension.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our discretion.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it via our Discord community.
