Affiliate Program Terms

These terms cover your participation in the Taintless affiliate program. By applying, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • You must have an active Taintless account in good standing
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must accept these terms when applying

2. Commissions

You earn a commission on qualifying paid subscriptions made by users who sign up through your referral link. The default rate is 20% per payment, recurring on each renewal for up to 12 months. A referral cookie lasts 90 days from the click; a sale must occur within that window to count.

3. Hold period

Commissions are held for 30 days after creation to cover refunds and chargebacks. After the hold period, commissions become eligible for payout. If the referred user refunds or chargebacks within the hold period, the commission is reversed.

4. Payouts

  • Affiliate payouts are currently issued only via supported stablecoin networks
  • Minimum stablecoin payout amount is £50 or the configured equivalent
  • You must set valid crypto payout details before payouts can be issued
  • Payouts are processed manually on a periodic basis
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings

If you choose a crypto payout method, you must provide the correct asset, network, and wallet address. Crypto payouts sent to an incorrect address or network may be unrecoverable. You are responsible for confirming that your wallet can receive the selected asset on the selected network.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following will result in commission reversal and may end your participation:

  • Self-referrals or referring accounts you control
  • Spam, automated posting, or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • False or misleading claims about Taintless
  • Paid ads on Taintless brand keywords without written permission
  • Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, or forced redirects
  • Incentivizing referrals with cashback or kickbacks unless we approve it

6. Reversals

We may reverse any commission we determine to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms. If a reversal happens after payout, the amount may be deducted from future earnings.

7. Termination

You can leave the program at any time by contacting support; pending approved commissions remain payable. We may end your participation for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Termination of your Taintless account ends your affiliate participation.

8. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Disputes

Any dispute regarding commissions or program participation must be raised with support within 60 days. Our liability is limited to the unpaid commission balance you have legitimately earned at the time of dispute. The program is provided as is, with no guarantee of conversion rates or earnings.
