Analytics detail by plan
Pro: Visitors, page views, referrers, landing pages, top pages, devices, countries, browsers, peak hours, product performance, cart intent, carted value, and live visitors
Ultra: Everything in Pro, plus: conversion funnels, search terms, missed searches, viewed-but-not-carted products, source conversion quality, outbound click tracking, and customer profiles
Upgrading
- Go to Dashboard -> Billing
- Select your plan (Starter, Pro, or Ultra)
- Choose monthly or yearly billing
- Complete the Tebex checkout
Paid plan access activates after the Dodo billing webhook confirms the subscription.
Yearly plans save compared to monthly billing, with the largest discount on Starter.
Managing your subscription
From Dashboard -> Billing, you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing
- Upgrade or downgrade between paid plans
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation
- Go to Dashboard -> Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel
Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
If you have more stores than your new plan allows, you will not lose them. You will not be able to create new stores or edit features that require a higher plan until you upgrade again or reduce your store count.
Payment methods
Plan checkout and subscription management are handled through Dodo Payments. Taintless uses billing webhooks to update your plan and billing status.
