Analytics detail by plan

Pro — Visitors, page views, referrers, devices, countries, peak hours, top products

Ultra — Everything in Pro, plus: real-time visitors, conversion funnels, missed searches, viewed-but-not-carted, referrer conversion quality, outbound click tracking

Upgrading

  1. Go to DashboardBilling
  2. Select your plan (Pro or Ultra)
  3. Choose monthly or yearly billing
  4. Complete checkout via Stripe

Pro features activate immediately after payment.

Yearly plans save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing.

Managing your subscription

From DashboardBilling, you can:

  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Switch between monthly and yearly billing
  • Upgrade from Pro to Ultra
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

  1. Go to DashboardBilling
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel

Your Pro or Ultra features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

If you have more stores than your new plan allows, you won't lose them — but you won't be able to create new stores or edit features that require a higher plan until you upgrade again or reduce your store count.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
