Customizing Sections
Edit section content, control visibility, and keep each storefront page focused.
Storefront pages are built from sections. A section can be a hero, product shelf, FAQ, Discord block, support block, footer, cart surface, or page-specific area such as Subscriptions.
Use Pages to select the page and section. Use the Inspector to edit the selected section.
Visibility lives in Pages
Eye icons in Pages control whether a page or section is visible. Header links are managed in Navigation.
How To Edit A Section
- Open the editor.
- Open Pages from the left rail.
- Select the page you want to work on.
- Select a section under that page.
- Use the Inspector on the right to edit content, layout, style, or theme-specific fields.
- Check desktop, tablet, and mobile preview.
- Save when the section is ready.
You can also click many sections directly in the preview. The editor will select the matching section and open the right controls.
Common Section Types
| Section | What it should do |
|---|---|
| Hero | Explain the offer and send the customer to the next useful action |
| Featured Products | Highlight a small set of products that deserve attention |
| Features | Explain benefits that are not obvious from product names |
| Testimonials | Show proof when real customer quotes are available |
| FAQ | Answer repeated pre-purchase questions |
| Discord | Send customers to community or support when Discord is active |
| Support | Give customers a clear help path |
| Footer | Hold secondary links, compliance links, and brand context |
| Cart | Help customers review items before Tebex checkout |
| Thank You | Explain what happens after payment |
Not every theme exposes every section in the same way. A theme can keep some choices fixed so the storefront stays visually consistent.
Visibility
Use visibility when a section is not ready or not relevant.
Good reasons to hide a section:
- Support content is not ready
- Subscriptions are not launched yet
- FAQ answers are still being written
- A campaign block is scheduled for later
- A section has no real content and would feel like filler
Hidden sections keep their saved settings. This lets you prepare content ahead of time without showing it to customers.
Writing Section Copy
Good section copy is specific. It sounds like a store owner who knows the product, not a brochure.
| Weak | Better |
|---|---|
| Best products for everyone | Premium FiveM police scripts built for serious roleplay servers |
| Join our community | Join Discord for setup help, update notes, and pre-sale questions |
| Fast support | Get help through Discord or ticket support before and after purchase |
Keep the first sentence useful. If the customer has to read three lines before understanding the point, the section is working too hard.
Product Sections
Featured product sections should not become a second full catalog. Use them for:
- Best sellers
- New releases
- Bundles
- High-margin products
- Products tied to the current campaign
If a product needs detail, link the customer to the product page instead of overloading the home page.
FAQ Sections
Use FAQ for real buying objections:
- What is included?
- Is installation included?
- Does this work with my framework?
- How are updates delivered?
- Can I get support after purchase?
- What happens after checkout?
Avoid filling FAQ with obvious answers just to make the page look full.
Support Sections
Support sections should be practical. A customer should know where to go and what to expect.
Check:
- Button URLs work.
- Discord invites are current.
- Email or ticket links open correctly.
- Response expectations are honest.
- Support copy matches the store's actual process.
Product Detail Defaults
Product detail settings can include defaults that apply across products and overrides for specific products.
Use defaults for common behavior:
- Shared trust badges
- General support notes
- Default tags
- Default requirements
Use per-product overrides when the product needs its own detail:
- Specific requirements
- Special badge text
- Different description summary
- Product-specific SEO
Final Review
Before saving a section on a published store:
- Read it as a first-time customer.
- Remove vague claims.
- Check links.
- Check mobile spacing.
- Confirm hidden sections are intentionally hidden.
- Save.
- Reopen the page in preview.
The strongest sections do not ask for attention. They answer the next question at the right moment.
