Managing Stores
Rename, configure, and delete your Taintless stores.
Each Taintless store connects to one Tebex account and serves one storefront. You manage stores from the dashboard or the editor's Project Settings dialog.
Renaming your subdomain
- Open your store in the editor
- Click the Settings icon (gear)
- Enter a new subdomain name
Subdomain rules:
- 3 or more characters
- Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
- Must be unique: availability is checked in real time
Your old storefront subdomain stops working after the change, so update any Discord, website, or community links that pointed to it.
Tebex token
The Tebex token is set during store creation and appears in store settings as Tebex API Key, masked and read-only. This reduces the risk of a live storefront accidentally switching to the wrong Tebex account.
If you need to rotate the token or connect another Tebex store, create a new store with the new public token or contact support before changing a live store.
Publishing and unpublishing
- Publish makes your storefront live at your subdomain (and custom domain, if configured)
- Unpublish takes the public storefront offline; visitors cannot access it unless they are using a valid preview flow
- Toggle publish state with
Ctrl + Por the button in the editor top bar
Deleting a store
Deleting a store is permanent. All data, analytics history, and domain settings are lost and cannot be recovered.
To delete a store:
- Open Settings in the editor
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Project
- Type your project name to confirm
