Connecting Your Tebex Store
Link your Tebex store to Taintless and keep your products in sync.
Taintless connects to your Tebex store through the public API. Once linked, your products, prices, categories, and images are synced automatically.
Finding your API key
- Log in to the Tebex Creator Panel
- Navigate to Integrations → API Keys
- Copy your Public Token
Use your Public Token, not the Secret Key. The public token is safe for client-side usage and is all Taintless needs to display your products.
Connecting during project creation
When you create a new project, you'll paste your public token in the setup form. Taintless validates it against the Tebex API and automatically imports your store name and logo.
Updating your API key
If you need to change or rotate your API key:
- Open your project in the editor
- Click the Settings icon (gear) in the top bar
- Update the API key in the Tebex Integration section
- Click Save
Product sync
Your product catalog syncs from Tebex in two ways:

Changes you make in Tebex — new products, price updates, updated images — will appear on your webstore after the next sync.
On Pro and Ultra plans, use the Fast Sync button in the editor to pull changes immediately without waiting for the 24-hour cycle.
What gets synced
- Product names and descriptions
- Pricing (including sale prices)
- Product images
- Categories
- Store name and logo
Checkout flow
When a customer adds a product to their basket and proceeds to checkout, they are redirected to the Tebex checkout page. Payments are processed entirely through Tebex — Taintless never handles payment data.
